Our client, a national provider of physiotherapy and rehabilitation services, requires Registered Occupational Therapists to support their clinic operations and provide community-based services for adults and children. A flexible work schedule and independent management of caseload and volume are available. Educational, professional development and mentorship are supported. Compensation is commensurate with experience. In addition to an hourly rate, you will be paid for mileage, administration, travel and training time.


  • Provide ministry funded OT services within the clients’ residence
  • Provide assessments in the areas of home safety, modification, equipment prescription, fall prevention, mobility, cognition
  • Complete funding applications as required
  • Complete and maintain documentation for assessments, progression, care plans and discharge summaries according to company and COTA standards


  • Registration in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
  • Previous experience in a community setting preferred; however, new graduates will be considered
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team
  • Ability to prioritize and manage your schedule, strong organizational skills
  • Exceptional verbal & written communication skills required
  • Valid Ontario driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
